Vincent Castillo

Founder

Vincent has worked under a master tinsmith for sheet metal fabrication and installation for 15 years, as well as, roofing installation and leak prevention. He has been a foreman, salesman, and co-owner of another general construction company, Reliable Sheetmetal and Construction, for the past 8 years. Over his years in the industry, Vincent has gained special training in leak prevention techniques and diagnostics. 


Aside from work, Vincent is very active and enjoys weight lifting, water skiing, and traveling.

Todd Wells

Sales Manager

Todd's spent his entire career in construction and sales, and genuinely enjoys helping people bring their vision to life. Whether it’s building from the ground up or helping fine-tune the details, he's here to make the process smooth and successful.


Outside of work, he's a proud husband and dad of four. When not on a job site, you’ll likely find him out on his farm—working with his hands, chasing chickens, or fixing something that needs fixing. He believes in doing quality work with honesty and heart, and is looking forward to being part of your project.

Rafael Trejo

Field Superisor

As a dedicated field supervisor with over 15 years of experience in construction, He thrives on ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. His strong leadership skills allow him to effectively coordinate teams, manage schedules, and maintain high standards of safety and quality on-site. HIs hands-on approach and attention to detail enable me to tackle challenges head-on, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers crew members to excel.

Melissa Wyble

Accountant

Melissa is a dedicated accountant with over 25 years of experience in financial management and analysis. Specializing in tax and compliance, she is committed to helping clients navigate their financial challenges with and precision. Passionate about numbers driven by a desire to provide exceptional service, she ensures that every client receives personalized attention and tailored solutions.
