Problem:

To address this, Reliable Foundations has proposed using PolyLevel, a high-density polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the slab to fill voids and raise it back to its original level. This method ensures a quick, minimally disruptive repair and provides a long-lasting solution. We also recommended applying NexusPro to seal any cracks and prevent water infiltration that could lead to further issues.
Next Steps:
The customer has approved the project, and we are scheduled to lift and level the driveway using PolyLevel in the coming days. Once the slabs are leveled, we will apply NexusPro to ensure the driveway remains stable and protected against future settling.
